We discuss your registration requirements with you and design a registration form (web page) which meets your needs, including your own layout standards, logos, etc.

We make the form available online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on our server for as long as you wish to continue accepting registrations. The form can be password-protected to hide it from the general public, and you can link to the form from your own web pages, promote it through group emails, or advertise it any way you see fit.

We process registrations on a first-come-first-served basis and record all registration information in an Excel spreadsheet. We make the spreadsheet available online for download so that you can monitor your registrations on a daily basis. We can customize the spreadsheet to provide you with registration counts, session counts, and other tallies.

We can modify/deactivate the registration form when session/registration limits have been reached.

We email a Registration Confirmation to all registrants. Optionally, we can also invoice the registrants on your behalf. Confirmations and Invoices can be customized to your standards and we can send you a copy of all confirmation/invoice emails.
